Can I change my delivery address?

Once your order is in progress, it will no longer be possible to change the address as this will incur additional costs. So, please, when we send you the confirmation of your order, check that all the information is correct to avoid mishaps in delivery and / or unnecessary expenses.

What happens if I am away from my home on the day of delivery?

Deliveries are made throughout the day and we cannot guarantee a specific time slot in which the courier will deliver it, therefore, we recommend that you indicate a delivery address where there may be someone to receive the package and thus avoid incidents and possible delays in delivery.
