The products offered on this page are intended for the online sale of luxury hair treatments, so the purchase contract is made at the time the client issues the express confirmation of their order. Prices. All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Unless otherwise indicated, the prices shown together with the articles do not include shipping costs, which will be shown during the purchase process and when filling in the shipping information.
The prices of the products may change at any time, although the possible changes will not affect the orders with respect to which MYC STUDIO has sent you the order confirmation, except for computer / technical error.

The steps to follow to order. You must select the items that interest you by informing the number of units and “clicking” on the “add to cart” button to add them to the shopping cart. CALYPSO BRAVUS, S.L. will refund any payment received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay. CALYPSO BRAVUS, S.L. will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expresses otherwise and as long as he does not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement. However, in the event that the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery, CALYPSO BRAVUS, S.L. It will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs derived from it.
The refund will be reflected in the customer’s account in a period of between 7 and 15 working days, depending on the entity.
The customer can also choose to exchange the product for another, whether it has been by mistake when ordering one product or if he wants to exchange the product for another. You will only have to bear the costs of returning the new shipment. In the event that the product had an amount greater than the returned amount, the customer must pay the difference. If, on the other hand, the order is for a lower amount, the difference will be refunded.
CALYPSO BRAVUS advises to send the products by certified mail or courier to be able to track the package and that no incidents arise.
Once we receive the merchandise, we will check it and if it is in perfect condition and without signs of use, we will proceed to refund the order or change products.
For health reasons, changes or returns will not be accepted on cosmetic products that have been opened or with signs of use, unless they are in poor condition or are defective.
In case of having received an erroneous or defective product, the costs of return and re-shipment (if any), will be borne by CALYPSO BRAVUS, S.L.
The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products will not be accepted, as well as products without the original packaging and / or label, or products with evidence of having been used.
Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities and after verifying that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been paid.

Applicable warranties. All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in their description. All have a two-year warranty period, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws. .
Shipping methods, delivery time and transport
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the Web. Shipping costs will appear for express acceptance by the user before completing the purchase process and once the user has provided the shipping address of the order. The average delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days from when the order leaves our warehouse, for products that are in our stock. These deadlines may vary if there is any incident in the delivery such as the absence of the recipient, incorrect address, etc.
Delivery time can be affected in times of high sales volume such as Black Friday, Christmas or special promotions.
At MYC we will prepare your order with a lot of love and dedication in approximately 24 hours from the purchase. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped on the same day, except in promotional periods. All purchases made after 2:00 p.m. will be managed on the next business day. Remember that if you place your order on a holiday (national, regional or local) or on a weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.

Pricing policy. CALYPSO BRAVUS, S.L. unilaterally reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered through this website, the current prices will be applied in the advertising coinciding with the time of the order, to guarantee the customer the accuracy of the price of the products .
Online dispute resolution.
