Returns and Exchanges

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 consecutive days, from the date of receipt, to make the exchange or return. Write to us at info@myc-studio.com to inform us of your decision and proceed with your exchange / refund.
To return or exchange, you must send us back the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging and without signs of use to the following address:

You can choose between:
– Reimbursement of the amount paid: you must return the product to us in perfect condition. In this case, you will bear the cost of returning the order. Once we have received the package at our facilities and checked that everything is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid, except for the shipping costs.
– Exchange for another product: whether by mistake when ordering a product or if you have thought about it and want to exchange the product for another, you will bear the costs of return and re-shipment. In the event that the product had an amount greater than that returned, you will have to pay the difference. If, on the other hand, the order is for a lower amount, we will refund the difference.
We advise you to send us the products by registered mail or courier to be able to track the package and that no incident occurs.
Once the goods have been received, we will check them and if they are in perfect condition and without signs of use, we will refund the order or modify the products.

For health reasons, no modifications or returns will be accepted on cosmetic products that have been opened or show signs of use, unless they are in poor condition or defective.

In the event of receipt of an incorrect or defective product, the return and reshipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by STUDIO MYC.
The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products will not be accepted, as well as products without original packaging and / or label, or products with proof of having been used.

Refund
Once the shipping company has delivered the package to us in our warehouses and we have verified that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount has been refunded.
The refund will be visible in your bank account within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the entity. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Did you receive a wrong product or a product is missing from your order?
If you detect an error in your order, contact us within a maximum of 24 hours, from receipt of the order, via our email info@myc-studio.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. We will take care of collecting the wrong product and you will receive the correct one at no additional cost.
Please remember that we will not accept an opened / used product. The product and packaging must be in their original condition and unopened.

Did you receive a defective / wrong product in your order?
If so, don’t worry about a thing. Write us to our e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible so that we can recover the defective product and deliver a new one to you.

Suggestions and complaints
The customer’s opinion is very important for STUDIO MYC since it allows the implementation of improvements in the services provided. Therefore, if for any reason customers are not satisfied with our services or any of the products purchased, or even if they have any suggestions, STUDIO MYC will be available to you within 14 days of receipt. of the order by the recipient through our Customer Service.

If the customer has received a product received or damaged, or if the product received is different from the one that the customer has actually purchased, he must attach to the claim a video or, as the case may be, photographs in which the problem is clearly visible.

The customer must also keep, until otherwise specified by Customer Service, not only the damaged, damaged or non-compliant product, but also the respective box of the delivery.
